  1. Add butter and Organic Mountain Panela in a stand mixer and mix until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg and Organic Mountain Dark & Intense coffee.
  3. Sift flour and Organic Mountain cocoa powder and add to the mixture. Bring together until just combined.
  4. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball, place on a lined tray and press down gently with your hands. Create a dent in the middle with the handle of a wooden spoon for the hazelnut butter filling.
  5. Bake for 20 min 180˚ or until cooked through.
  6. Leave to cool, then fill with our recipe for Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and sprinkle with salt (optional).
  7. Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
