- Add butter and Organic Mountain Panela in a stand mixer and mix until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and Organic Mountain Dark & Intense coffee.
- Sift flour and Organic Mountain cocoa powder and add to the mixture. Bring together until just combined.
- Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball, place on a lined tray and press down gently with your hands. Create a dent in the middle with the handle of a wooden spoon for the hazelnut butter filling.
- Bake for 20 min 180˚ or until cooked through.
- Leave to cool, then fill with our recipe for Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and sprinkle with salt (optional).
- Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
