    Breakfast Mix

  1. Combine oats, milk and water in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly. Add Organic Mountain Chia Seeds, cinnamon, pinch of salt and 1 sliced banana to the pot and stir to combine. Continue to cook for a further 1-2 minutes, adding more liquid if necessary, until oats are thick and creamy. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add remaining banana slices and sprinkle with Organic Mountain Panela. Pan-fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Flip and pan-fry banana on remaining side, until golden and caramelised.
  3. Spoon Chia Oats into two bowls to serve. Top with caramelised panela banana slices and granola, nut butter, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup, if using.
