  1. Put the dates and water into the microwave and heat for 2 minutes on high to soften the dates. Mash with a fork.
  2. Combine protein powder, chia flour with cashews, pink salt, vanilla, chopped bananas, soft dates and pumpkin oil in a food processor. Process until the mix comes together. orm.
  3. Form balls using a full tablespoon measure per ball. Roll in the chia seeds pressing well to coat. Set in the fridge until required.
