  1. Mix herbs, garlic, lemon, salt and Organic Mountain Pumpkin Seed Oil in a bowl.
  2. In a medium pan, fry prawns in Organic Mountain Sunflower Oil on medium heat until cooked and place onto a serving plate.
  3. Drizzle prawns with pumpkin seed oil dressing and serve.
