  1. Mix 3 tbsp sediment, 2 tbsp Organic Mountain crunchy chilli oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soy in the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or according to instructions.
  3. Steam bok choy
  4. Mix noodles into the sauce and serve in the bowl
  5. Top with chopped garlic and cooked bok choy
