- Mix 3 tbsp sediment, 2 tbsp Organic Mountain crunchy chilli oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soy in the bottom of the bowl.
- Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or according to instructions.
- Steam bok choy
- Mix noodles into the sauce and serve in the bowl
- Top with chopped garlic and cooked bok choy
