- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add raspberries, raw sugar and lemon juice to saucepan and stir to combine. Cook for 8-10 minutes until berries have thawed (if using frozen) and sauce begins to thicken.
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir through the chia seeds. Continue to stir to combine, another 2-3 minutes, until mixture has thickened to a jam-like consistency.
- Spoon into jar and allow to cool completely, before storing.
