- Place all ingredients in a food processor (leaving out some of the chopped parsley, edamame + pepitas for garnish)
- Blend on high until smooth (adding more water if necessary)
- Garnish with Organic Mountain pumpkin seed oil, parsley, edamame + pepitas.
- Serve with fresh bread, crackers and raw vegetables. Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
