  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C
  2. Cut beetroot into quarters and place on a lined tray
  3. Drizzle with Organic Mountain sunflower oil and roast for 30 minutes or until soft
  4. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until smooth (adding more water if necessary)
  5. Garnish with sesame oil, feta and sesame seeds
  6. Serve with fresh bread, crackers and raw vegetables. Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
