  1. Add the Organic Mountain raw sugar and Organic Mountain classic roasted coffee in a bowl, then dissolve with hot water.
  2. Using an electric hand-held mixer, whip the ingredients until stiff peaks form, and it turns light brown and fluffy.
  3. Heat milk and divide between two coffee cups. Then divide and scoop whipped coffee mixture on top of milk and smooth out with a spoon.
