- Preheat griddle pan or bbq to a medium high heat.
- Cut peaches in half and remove seeds.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle panela and cinnamon on cut side
- Place cut side down on the grill until peaches have softened slightly and dark grill marks have formed.
- Serve on their own, with ice cream and fresh berries or as a muesli topping.
