  1. Preheat griddle pan or bbq to a medium high heat.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove seeds.
  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle panela and cinnamon on cut side
  4. Place cut side down on the grill until peaches have softened slightly and dark grill marks have formed.
  5. Serve on their own, with ice cream and fresh berries or as a muesli topping.
