  1. Preheat oven to 200˚C
  2. Make 1 serve of our Panela Grilled Peaches (see recipe link below)
  3. Mix butter, panela, flour, egg, vanilla and almond meal in a bowl until combined.
  4. Spread almond mix thickly onto puff pastry leaving a 3cm boarder.
  5. Top with peaches, berries and an extra sprinkle of panela.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden.
