- Preheat oven to 200˚C
- Make 1 serve of our Panela Grilled Peaches (see recipe link below)
- Mix butter, panela, flour, egg, vanilla and almond meal in a bowl until combined.
- Spread almond mix thickly onto puff pastry leaving a 3cm boarder.
- Top with peaches, berries and an extra sprinkle of panela.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden.
