  1. Add the Organic Mountain Panela and Organic Mountain Classic Roasted Coffee in a bowl, then dissolve with the boiling water.
  2. Using an electric hand-held mixer, whip the ingredients until stiff peaks form, and it turns light brown and fluffy.
  3. Sprinkle Organic Mountain Drinking Chocolate into the dalgnoa mix and swirl through.
  4. Pour milk into a glass with ice and scoop whipped coffee mixture on top of milk.
